Sales Force Effectiveness Strategy Implementation
• Apply a consistent SFE diagnosis across the sales forces in Malaysia/Singapore consumer goods environment, in order to identify good practices and develop continuous improvement plans with clear improvement objective
• Align with management team for strategic execution. Conduct proactive analysis to help identify key drivers of sales performance and key areas of opportunity/challenge.
